It was with great pleasure and honour that I accepted the invitation to be your Captain for the coming year. I have been a member of the society for several years and have always had a fantastic time at our meetings.

The society is one I am proud to be a member of. Not only do we have the opportunity to play some of the best golf courses in England, but we also play the game we love with integrity and for our enjoyment, and most importantly, with a great membership. 

I do hope you all enjoy the courses I have chosen as they are course which have great reputations as well as being challenging for all golfers.  I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Kevin and Colin.
